AISI52100 Chrome Steel Balls

 

 

AISI52100 chrome steel balls have high precision, high hardness and wear resistance.

It is the most commonly used material in precision bearings.

The hardness is 60-66HRC, Magnetic.

It have different names: SUJ2, 1.3505, GCr15, 100Cr6, E52100.

 

The chemical composition of AISI52100 chrome steel balls:

C: 0.95% -1.10%. Mn: 0.50% max. P: 0.025% max. S: 0.025% max.

Si: 0.15%-0.35%. Cr: 1.30%-1.60%.

 

AISI52100 chrome steel balls usually be used to produce ultra high precision steel balls.

Such as: G3, G5, G10, G16, it used as rolling elements in precision bearings.

in 1 pallet, total 1000KG per 1 pallet.

 

3, Only use woven bags directly loaded in the container, 25 KG balls packaging

in 1 woven bag.
