AISI1045 Carbon Steel Balls

 

 

AISI1045 carbon steel balls have high precision, high hardness and wear resistance.

It is the medium carbon steel ball. The hardness is 58-65HRC, Magnetic.

It have different names: S45C, CK45, 45.

 

The chemical composition of AISI1045 carbon steel balls:

C: 0.42% -0.48%. Mn: 0.60%-0.90%. P: 0.030% max. S: 0.035% max.

Si: 0.15%-0.35%.

 

AISI1045 carbon steel ball as the medium carbon steel ball, it has a high carbon content,

So it has better wear resistance and higher hardness than low carbon steel balls.

40 cartons packaging in 1 wooden box, total 1000KG per 1 wooden box;

 

2, Total 250KG balls packaging in 1 iron barrel, 4 iron barrel packaging

in 1 pallet, total 1000KG per 1 pallet.

 

3, Only use woven bags directly loaded in the container, 25 KG balls packaging

in 1 woven bag.
