AISI1085 High Carbon Steel Balls

 

 

AISI1085 carbon steel balls have high precision, high hardness and wear resistance.

It is high carbon steel ball. The hardness is 60-66HRC, Magnetic.

It have different names: SUP3, AISI1084, 85.

 

The chemical composition of AISI1045 carbon steel balls:

C: 0.80% -0.90%. Mn: 0.60%-0.90%. P: 0.050% max. S: 0.050% max.

Si: 0.35%-0.45%.

 

AISI1085 carbon steel ball as the high carbon steel ball, it has a high carbon content,

So it has better wear resistance and higher hardness than low carbon steel balls.

3, Only use woven bags directly loaded in the container, 25 KG balls packaging
